Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

8 servings (about 1/3 cup each)
Ingredients
2 Tablespoon, Molasses
1 tsp, Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp, Cinnamon
0.12 tsp(s), Spices, nutmeg, ground
1.00 cup, Mini Marshmallows
0.50 cup, Pecans
5 sweet potato (130g), Sweet Potato, 5" Long
Directions
Sweet Potato Mixture:
Bake sweet potatoes on 450F for an hour or until easy to peel and mash
Mash the sweet potatoes
Add vanilla cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 tbsp molasses to mashed potatoes
Toasted Pecans:
Spread pecans on baking dish and molasses (add cinnamon if desired)
Bake pecans at 350F for 15 minutes
Sprinkle marshmallows and then pecans over sweet potato mixture and bake on 350F for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown
