Welcome! At Active Fueling Nutrition Coaching, we specialize in helping athletes/active individuals recover from disordered eating. We help athletes/active individuals who are struggling with their relationship with food, have been told they need to gain weight, have been told they have Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), or are recovering/treating anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or binge eating disorder. These packages are specifically designed to help heal your relationship with food, so you can enjoy your sport AND food. Recovery and food freedom are possible. Sessions may include (but are not limited to) increasing flexibility and mindfulness in your meal plan, reincorporating challenge foods, eliminating ED behaviors, addressing RED-S and fueling for sport, and challenging disordered thoughts and beliefs about food, body image, and sport.
