
Ingredients
· 1 can garbanzo beans (or any kind of white bean)
· 1/8 tsp sea salt
· A pinch of baking soda
· 2 tsp vanilla extract
· ¼ cup almond or peanut butter
· ¼ cup honey
· 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
· 1 scoop of fiber boost (optional)
· 2 TBSP coconut oil
· ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (I use “Enjoy Life”)
Directions
1. Drain & rinse beans
2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor (except chocolate chips) until smooth
3. Transfer to a serving bowl
4. Stir in ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips
5. Eat with a spoon or serve on graham crackers
