250 Calorie Snacks and Under

1. Slice of whole wheat toast and one tablespoon of peanut butter
2. Banana and one tablespoon of peanut butter
3. 1 cup of greek yogurt and ¾ cup blueberries
4. Hard-boiled egg and a medium sized apple
5. 2 tablespoons of hummus (80calories in sabra- other versions sometimes have less) and carrots (or cucumber or snap peas) and one cheese stick
6. 3 cups popped popcorn ¼ cup cottage cheese
7. ¼ cup cottage cheese with 1 peach sliced into it
8. ½ cup of plain greek yogurt 1 tablespoon peanut butter
9. 3 slices of deli turkey and 1 oz cheese sliced between the three turkey slices
10. 1 apple sliced and 2 tablespoons of dehydrated peanut butter (150 calories) or one tablespoon of regular peanut butter (200 calories)
11. 3 Wasa lite rye crackers and ¼ cup feta cheese sprinkled on top
12. One cheese stick and a medium apple
13. Quarter cup of almonds and a cheese stick
14. Quarter cup of almonds and ¾ cup blueberries
15. Salsa and 9 whole grain pita chips
