100 Calorie (Or Less) Sweet Treats

Do you ever want something sweet at the end of your meal? Check out our list below for ways to satisfy the desire for a sweet ending to a meal without adding on a dense dessert.

Make at home:

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp. cocoa powder, ½ cup raspberries, and 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup peppermint tea with 1 tsp honey
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt with Mio flavor to taste
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt with cinnamon to taste and optional 1 tsp honey and/or stevia/Splenda to taste
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt with ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon to taste
  • 1 cup cool whip with 1 cup strawberries halved ¼ cup blueberries 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
